REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Method

Fees for Swim Elite courses are to be paid prior to the course. Payments can be done via our online booking system using a debit/ credit card ONLY. Upon joining, a REGISTRATION fee and a TERM fee MUST be paid to Swim Elite. All fees are non-refundable. You can also pay in cash and by bank transfer. (Bank information on request)
Credit notes will only be issued for serious sickness (i.e fractures/ breaks) during the term with a valid medical certificate and on approval from management.
In the event of a force majeure, all fees will not be refunded but missed lessons will be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

Swim Elite does not offer any refunds once fees have been paid. If any lesson is missed out by the member, it is the responsibility of that member and Swim Elite WILL NOT refund this lesson in terms of money or a “catch up” lesson.
If any lesson is cancelled by Swim Elite, this is the only time a “catch up” lesson will be arranged.
If a catch up class is provided, you will be informed of the date and time prior to the catch up class. Refunds will NOT be given if a child misses the swimming class due to being on holiday, school trip or any other event.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their booking within 24 hours without having attended any courses; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
